We devote time and care to preparing each dish meticulously. By skillfully selecting and using seasonings, we create meat dishes that highlight the art of Japanese techniques.
We intentionally avoid pre-seasoning the meat. Instead, we carefully monitor the cooking process to maximize its natural flavors. Both temperature and timing are key to this approach.
